Clover Child Development Center has been a cornerstone of early learning in Oak Harbor for over 15 years. Programs Tailored to Every Stage of Growth

From your child's very first steps in a group setting to the critical year before kindergarten, our age-appropriate programs meet children exactly where they are — and help them reach where they're going.

Infant Program

For babies 6 weeks to 12 months. Gentle, responsive care that builds trust and security through nurturing touch, verbal interaction, and a calming environment designed for little ones.

Ages 6 weeks – 12 months

Toddler Program

For curious toddlers ages 1–3. Active exploration, language development, and social skills through guided play, sensory activities, and creative expression in a safe, stimulating setting.

Ages 1 – 3 years

Preschool Program

For preschoolers ages 3–5. Pre-academic skills, social-emotional learning, and school readiness through project-based learning, literacy, math foundations, and collaborative group activities.

Ages 3 – 5 years

Before & After School

For school-age children. Homework help, enrichment activities, outdoor play, and a supportive community that makes the hours before and after school just as meaningful.

Ages 5 – 12 years

Summer Camp

A fun-filled break from the classroom. Outdoor adventures, arts & crafts, themed weeks, and field trips keep children engaged, active, and excited to learn all summer long.

Ages 3 – 12 years

Inclusive Care

Every child belongs. Our inclusive program provides individualized support, adapted materials, and dedicated attention to ensure children of all abilities thrive alongside their peers.
